This Privacy Policy explains how GameDev AI Studio collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, AI tools, billing flows and related services.

GameDev AI Studio is built for game developers. The Service can process account data, project data, prompts, game text, code snippets, crash logs, AI outputs and billing-related information.

Account information: email address, name, avatar, authentication provider, account identifiers, plan, credit balance and settings.

Project and AI workflow information: game names, platforms, genres, localization strings, store optimization drafts, bug reports, code snippets, monetization notes, prompts and generated outputs.

Payment information: checkout status, subscription tier, invoices, billing identifiers and payment metadata received from payment processors. Full card numbers are handled by the payment processor, not intentionally stored by GameDev AI Studio.

Usage and device information: log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, feature usage, error reports and approximate location inferred from technical data.

Support information: messages, feedback, bug reports and other information you send to us.

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, submit prompts, create projects, use AI tools, contact support or purchase a plan.

We also collect information automatically through cookies, local storage, server logs and similar technologies that keep you signed in, secure the Service and help us understand product usage.

We may receive limited information from third-party services such as authentication providers, payment processors, AI providers and infrastructure vendors.

We use information to provide the Service, authenticate users, generate AI outputs, save project history, manage credits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve reliability and respond to support requests.

We use usage data to understand which features are helpful, diagnose errors, protect the Service and make product decisions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use private project content to build public marketing assets without permission.

When you use AI tools, your prompts, uploaded text, code snippets, bug reports and related context may be sent to AI providers so they can generate responses.

Do not submit private API keys, unreleased credentials, payment card numbers, government IDs, medical data or other highly sensitive information unless you have confirmed that the workflow is appropriate for that data.

AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review outputs before using them in production, publishing them to stores or relying on them for business decisions.

We share information with service providers that help operate GameDev AI Studio, including database hosting, authentication, AI processing, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, logging, security and infrastructure providers.

We may share information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, fraud prevention, business transfer or to protect the rights, safety and property of GameDev AI Studio, users or third parties.

Payment processing is handled by Paddle or a similar payment provider. Authentication and database services may be handled by Supabase or similar infrastructure providers.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure usage and improve the product.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent account login, checkout or dashboard features from working correctly.

We keep account, billing and project information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and maintain business records.

You may request deletion of your account or certain personal information. Some information may remain in backups, logs, invoices or records when retention is required for security, legal or accounting reasons.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport and trusted infrastructure providers.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting your devices and avoiding submission of unnecessary secrets in prompts.

GameDev AI Studio and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from your local laws.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal bases for cross-border processing.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information.

You can update some account information in the product. To make a privacy request, contact legal@gamedev-ai-studio.com.

You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link where available.

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, providers or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the Service, email or another appropriate channel.
