Terms of Use Agreement

These Terms of Use Agreement govern access to and use of GameDev AI Studio, including the website, dashboard, AI tools, project history, billing flows and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or studio, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

GameDev AI Studio provides AI-assisted tools for game developers, including localization drafts, store optimization and launch copy, engine-aware bug-fix suggestions, monetization recommendations, project organization and saved generation history.

The Service is designed to speed up creative and production workflows. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing and approving any output before using it in a game, store listing, marketing asset or production build.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age to use online services, that higher age applies.

You may upload or submit prompts, game text, project descriptions, metadata, crash logs, code snippets, screenshots, monetization notes and similar materials. This is your User Content.

You keep your rights in User Content. You grant GameDev AI Studio the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and display User Content so we can operate the Service and generate outputs.

Subject to these Terms and your plan limits, you may use AI outputs for your own game projects. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or similar outputs for different users, so you should independently review results before release.

Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, attack or disrupt systems, reverse engineer the Service, bypass credit limits, scrape data at scale or submit malicious code.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, payment card numbers, government IDs, medical data or secrets unless the workflow clearly requires it and you have the right to do so. Never paste private API keys or production credentials into prompts.

The Service uses third-party providers for authentication, database hosting, payment processing, AI processing, analytics, email and infrastructure. These providers may process data as necessary to deliver the Service.

Payments are handled by Paddle or another payment processor. GameDev AI Studio does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

Some features may require AI credits, a paid subscription or usage-based billing. Plan limits, included credits and renewal terms are shown in the product or checkout flow.

Credits may expire, reset or be limited according to the plan shown at purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable once a billing period or paid credit pack has started.

GameDev AI Studio, including its software, interface, branding, prompts, workflows and documentation, is owned by GameDev AI Studio or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense or make a competing service using non-public parts of the Service. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service may change over time. Features may be added, removed, paused or released as beta. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance or abuse prevention.

Beta features are provided for evaluation and may be less reliable than stable features.

The Service and outputs are provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, original, legally compliant, commercially successful or free from bugs.

GameDev AI Studio does not provide legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Monetization and store optimization suggestions are informational and should be reviewed by qualified professionals where appropriate.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GameDev AI Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, business interruption or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to GameDev AI Studio for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees or use the Service in a way that may harm GameDev AI Studio, other users or third parties.

After termination, some provisions continue to apply, including provisions about intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the Service, email or an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
