Refund Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026. This policy explains subscription billing, cancellations and refund requests for GameDev AI Studio.

1. Subscription Policy

GameDev AI Studio offers subscriptions and AI credit-based access for game development workflows such as localization, store optimization, bug fixing and monetization planning.

Subscription details, included credits, renewal timing and pricing are shown before checkout. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan selected at checkout.

AI credits, limits and plan features may reset or renew according to the plan terms shown in the product or billing flow.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, you may continue to use paid features until the end of the active billing period.

If you cannot access the billing portal, contact us at megaaivantrack@gmail.com and include the email address connected to your GameDev AI Studio account.

3. Refund Policy

Payments for subscriptions, billing periods and used AI credits are generally non-refundable once access has started or credits have been consumed.

We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, accidental billing errors, technical issues that prevent access to paid features, or other cases required by applicable law.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To request a refund, email megaaivantrack@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, plan name and a short explanation of the issue.

Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
